Titan Concrete Restoration Uses Penetrating High-Pressure, the Best Method for Cleaning Hard Surfaces. Other methods for cleaning commercial and industrial floors including high pressure water jetting, shot blasting, sand blasting, scrubbing, scarifying with wire brushes or cutters, and chemical cleaning have multiple disadvantages: Airborne dust, chemical fumes and storm water pollution, flooding and splashing, damage to the surface and an unsatisfactory end result due to dirt and oils that remain in cracks, holes and pores of the surface.

Titan Concrete Restoration Uses State of the Art Capture and Recovery Equipment. Our equipment utilizes high-pressure water, either cold or heated up to 200°, spinning at a high speed under an enclosed “lawnmower style” cleaning head. The high pressure water penetrates floor cracks, grout lines, crevices and imperfections to dislodge dirt, oils and loose material. The cleaning head is kept under constant vacuum to remove the dirt, oils and contaminants from the surface. The water and particulate matter then go thru a solid separation tank; the filtered water is then pumped to a sanitary sewer system, oil/water separator drums or to our truck mounted holding tank and transported off site to an approved waste water treatment plant.

Titan’s method eliminates water spray and flooding. In most cases, there is minimal disruption to the workplace, because Titan doesn't require the removal of equipment or personnel from the work area.

Once the surface has dried it is ready to receive any type of coating or sealant. Titan Concrete Restoration has the expertise to provide concrete hardening, leveling, epoxy urethane coatings and sealants, and decorative coatings and overlays.
